BOSTON (AP) -- For the first time in 22 years, the Boston Celtics are atop the NBA world. The Celtics eliminated the Los Angeles Lakers 131-92 for their 17th NBA championship as Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett scored 26 points a piece and series MVP Paul Pierce adding 17 points and 10 assists.
